2023 June - ECHA announces temporary revocation of registrations of legal entities subject to EU restrictive measures (sanctions): https://echa.europa.eu/de/revocation-and-invalidity-of-registration-decisions 

2023 May - compliance with REACH and EU sanctions against Russia (follow up): the Synthetic Zeolites Consortium has started to contact co-registrants individually. Co-registrants are expected to cooperate in this process by providing requested information in a timely manner.

It is important to note that :

- registrants who fall under the sanctions will be reported to ECHA
- due to the high number of registrants, communication is reduced during this process, in consequence incomplete forms = not verified registrants will be reported to ECHA
- OR changes which were not reported to the Consortium and has no legal contract with the Consortium will be reported to ECHA
- in expectation that some registrants will not respond and the dossier must be updated shortly, only verified registrants will be supported after a dossier update to be fair to those registrants having responded in a correct way;•
- after a recalculation of the LoA cost, no potential reimbursement is possible to unverified registrant

2023 April - compliance with REACH and EU sanctions against Russia: the Synthetic Zeolites Consortium is willing to ensure  compliance with the EU sanctions against Russia and other countries in line with legal requirements from EU authorities.  To this end certain administrative procedures have to be fulfilled.

In this context any Consortium is obliged to investigate each co-registrant before selling a new Letter of Access or proceeding with an update to the joint registration dossier. Co-registrants are expected to cooperate in this process by providing requested information in a timely manner.
